Morgan is the Director of the CTLE. Morgan oversees the mission and strategic planning for the Center including supervising the team. Morgan started at Nevada State in 2021 as an educational developer/ Instructional Designer after transitioning from her role as Associate Director at New Mexico State’s Teaching Academy. She previously worked at University of Iowa and received her PhD from Ohio State University in Communication with a specialization in College and University Teaching. Morgan’s disciplinary background is in Communication, and she has taught courses such as Introduction to Communication, Magazine Writing, and Persuasion.
