New Student Orientation
Mandatory
This one-day program is essential for all first-time students! During Orientation, your student will receive registration details, learn about academic expectations, student life policies, financial aid, and meet with faculty from their program.
First-Year Fest

This event for incoming first-year students fosters connections with fellow Scorpions, engages with student support services, and provides motivation for a successful start at Nevada State! More details will be shared during New Student Orientation.
Scorpion Preview Day
Strongly Recommended
The Scorpion Preview Day is exclusively for accepted first-year students for Fall and Summer semesters. This event allows students and their families to connect with faculty, clubs, and experience our excellent campus community.
