The NSHE Board of Regents sets general policy for granting tenure.
Nevada State expands upon this policy in our Promotion and Tenure Policy. Within that policy, the three schools and the library provide additional guidance and details in these documents, including rating criteria for teaching, service, and scholarship. All schools use the same Promotion and Tenure Application.
