Program Requirements

To be eligible for admission, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Official transcripts sent directly to the Office of Admissions (conditional admission may be available).
  • An active, unencumbered RN license, maintained throughout the program.
  • A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (conditional admission available for lower GPAs).
  • At least one year of professional nursing experience (preferred).
  • A career goals essay outlining your objectives and the impact you aim to make with an MSN degree.
  • A submitted resume or cv

 

** Students are required to hold an active, unencumbered license in the state in which they reside and/or in the state where the student’s practice experiences will occur. The state in which the student’s practice experiences occur must be listed as one of the approved states for this program.
