Student Financial Services helps students achieve the goal of earning a degree from Nevada State University. We know that understanding finances may be difficult at times, and we are here to help you fund and pay for the cost of your education.
2026–2027 FAFSA Processing Update
Due to federal system updates related to the implementation of the One Big Beautiful Bill (OB3), Nevada State is currently unable to receive new FAFSA records until the updates are complete later this summer.
Students should continue to submit the FAFSA if they have not already done so. While these updates may affect financial aid processing timelines, Nevada State will begin processing records and communicating next steps to your student email account as soon as updates are complete.
