Starting July 1, Aramark assumed operations of on-campus Dining Services for Nevada State University. We are excited to welcome them and share with you some enhancements to campus dining over the next several months:
Rebranding of the Scorpion Café and Starbucks counter including the addition of several dining concepts:
- “The Drop” – contactless, digital ordering and pickup of several menu categories such as burgers, chicken, sandwiches, and authentic cuisine
- “Foodlab” – an on-trend, revolving food menu that showcases unique, creative cuisines
- “The Clean Plate” – allergen-friendly station that removes the top nine allergens
- Mobile ordering, facilitated by Grub Hub
- Installation of Hi-Tech 24/7 smart kiosks in The Village’s C-Store
- Addition of a specialty beverage concept, “EcoGrounds,” and smart kiosks to Dawson
- Enhanced supplies and menus for catering, including a new student menu
We also welcome a new Director, Mary Tennis, who comes with a wealth of experience with Aramark at UNLV.
Future Dining Dollars will be available for electronic purchase and loaded directly to existing Scorpion Cards. Existing Scorpion Cash balances remain available for purchases at the Bookstore or Campus Printing.
