Who We Are
The Division of Culture, Planning, and Policy (CPP) serves everyone who identifies as part of the Scorpion community, including students and employees. Our purpose is to nurture a student-centered, inclusive organizational culture through community engagement and data-guided planning. We do so by living our shared values of courage, joy, vulnerability, and community.
Culture
We organize a cohesive culture of interconnectivity, responsiveness and action campuswide and celebrate with pride what it means to be a Scorpion.
Planning
We align long-range, strategic, and tactical planning processes campuswide to develop and achieve shared goals.
Policy
We facilitate the policy development process by providing standardzied development tools, templates and timelines.
Civic and Community Engagement (CCE)
We build and foster reciprocal partnerships that enhance the student experience and strengthen the bond with our local community.
Institutional Effectiveness
We provide easy access to comprehensive data analysis for decision-making campus wide.
