Payments

Payment Information

Tuition and fees are due by the due date(s) listed on the academic calendar for each semester. If you are on a payment plan, you must pay by the date payment plan installments are due.

If you have past due charges, you will not be permitted to register, order your transcript, or receive your diploma until payment is arranged. This hold will be applied at all NSHE institutions.

Financial Aid Payments

If you have enough accepted financial aid to cover your balance due, you do not need to make a payment prior to the financial aid disbursing (paying) to your account. You are responsible for paying any charges not covered by financial aid. You can view both your financial aid offer and your balance due in your MyNSC Student Center.

Payment Plans

Student Financial Services will work with you to establish flexible payment arrangements that consider your financial capabilities and constraints. These arrangements may involve installment plans, extended deadlines, or alternative payment options that help you fulfill your obligations without causing undue financial hardship.

Prior to the tuition due date, you can set up a payment plan in your MyNSC account, which breaks your fees into easy-to-handle monthly payments rather than paying for the entire semester in one large sum. There is a non-refundable $25 fee to enroll in the payment plan. Students in the RN to BSN program should contact us for a payment plan.

If you are a student with a past-due balance who wishes to order their transcript or register for the current or upcoming semester, please contact us to discuss your options.
